The voice information can be either a voice file or a text data in working buffer (Text-To-Speech), or the combination of both. Get Digits Get the keystrokes (digits) entered by the caller from a remote telephone. Seek Database Seek index file of the database with the keystrokes entered and reach for the data that matches the search criteria.
